Solution 1: Pay per survey

The perfect solution for individual surveyors who want to avoid an expensive monthly subscription - by paying per survey, you could make significant savings!

How does it work?

Unlike other software on the market, AsbestosLab can be used free of charge. You only pay when you want to upload a survey in order to generate a report.

Create a survey

First, create a new survey in the web based system

Do the survey

Complete the survey using the very easy to use and fast mobile app - available here. When you're done, upload it to the web system

Upload the survey

This is the point where you’ll need to use up one of the credits you’ve bought in-app

How much does it cost?

Credits are £4.99 if bought individually, or £14.99 if bought in sets of 5.

One credit allows you to transfer one survey. You can transfer the same survey as many times as you want for up to a week after the first transfer - in case you make a mistake or need to add to the survey

Enter the results

You will probably have to send some samples off to a lab for analysis. AsbestosLab will help you with this by producing a chain of custody form to send off with your samples, to tell your lab exactly what they should be expecting.

Once the results come back, you can quickly update the samples with the result and set any recommended actions and risk scores

Create the report

Choose your required report layout, and click 'Generate Report'

Removing your account

If at any time you decide that you want to close your account, and remove all of your data from AsbestosLab, these are the steps to follow. If you require any other assistance, please contact us via email and we will be happy to help.

Log in to your account

Go to account settings

This is located in the account menu in the top right. Scroll down to delete account and click 'Get Code'. You will recieve a unique code via email.

Confirm deletion

Enter the code and click OK to confirm account deletion

Important

Deleting your account will remove all data that you have entered, and will not be recoverable, so make sure that you have exported any data, and ran any reports that you might need in the future!

Solution 2: Pay monthly

If you do a lot of surveys, either as an individual, or as a company, it might be more cost effective to pay monthly - this is also great value at £35 per month per user

How does it work?

If you are a pay-monthly user, there are no limits on the number of surveys you can do, you can produce as many fantastic reports as you like for a fixed price
